Benefactor Panto

The Benefactor Panto is a compact two-door civilian vehicle that first appears in Grand Theft Auto 2, appeared in the beta version of Grand Theft Auto III, and returns in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online in the "I Am Not a Hipster" on June 17, 2014.

The Panto had its name debuted for the first time in Grand Theft Auto 2, it appears as a compact two-door car, due to graphical limitations of the game, it was often confused with a van, in the game files, the name of the files that contains information about the Panto and is called FIAT, which ends up making it clear that the car it was inspired by was a Fiat Punto.

In Grand Theft Auto III, Panto appeared in the beta version of the game, it was supposed to be released in the final version but was not included in the game and for unknown reasons it was removed, its appearance seems to continue to be that of a compact, only on four doors, the model it was inspired by is very reminiscent of a Fiat 128 from the 70s.

In Grand Theft Auto V, the Panto returns to the game through an update, it still maintains its image of being a compact vehicle, now it is a super compact, being considered the smallest automobile in the game, surpassing the Issi, now it has a much smoother and more modern appearance, it is manufactured by the fictional brand Benefactor and looks a lot like a Smart Fortwo from 2007 - present (It can be said that it is also based on the first generations, as the body doesn't change much from 1998 - first generation - and the 2007 - second generation - ) in almost all aspects of the car, but also containing traces of the rear bumper of the Volkswagen up! and the body of the Toyota iQ.


Performance
The Panto in GTA 2 has poor performance on the streets, its engine is not very powerful, which results in weak acceleration and maximum speed, its steering is average, it can turn corners easily without opening too many angles, and it can avoid others cars with a low efficiency, but their braking is mediocre which can cause several collisions with other cars, in general the car is not very good for police chases and escapes.


In Grand Theft Auto V, the Panto is a very small and very light car, which comes with a small, most notable 4-cylinder engine, which guarantees it a satisfactory maximum speed of 144 Km/h (90 Mp/h) and good acceleration capable of taking the car to its maximum speed in a few seconds. In general, its speed is above average and its customization items are many compared to other vehicles.

Due to the very small size of its axles, its drivability was impaired, its handling is a little complicated and it is very sensitive, which can be a big problem if the steering wheel is in the hands of an inexperienced driver, when cornering or deviating from other objects at high speed, it is necessary to be very careful, and not turn the steering wheel too much from side to side so as not to lose control of the vehicle.

Its resistance is good, the car has a stronger body than it appears to have, it is possible to collide violently with the car several times with little deformation resulting, and most of the body components still stuck.
