Setting Austria's opinion to -100 along with Prussia and Russia was only done so the game would be more difficult.
Thank you for the suggestions!
Of the things I would personally change are:
(a) The name of the ruler, who should be Wettin (By virtue of the 3rd of May constitution and tradition, because during the Napoleonic period the duke of the Duchy of Warsaw was also Wettin)
b) Some sort of mission to renew the personal union with Saxony
I have my doubts that Austria should have -100 to relations with the Commonwealth at the beginning of the game. While it is understandable in the case of Prussia and Russia, historically Austria was not very keen on partitioning Poland, because it strengthened Prussia. Of course, it did eventually participate in the partition, but they cared more about Bavaria than Poland during diplomatic talks.
@TeXeR Which set of laws would you suggest instead?
@Retro You suggested adding another journal entry.
