Mesopotamian Colours Fixed

Fixes several colour issues with some Mesopotamian factions.

Most notably it gives Hanigalbat colours matching their emblem for the troops, map, and battle flags. Currently they use some strange browny yellow that's identical to a nomad tribe in Zagros's who are one row down in the database, so I think it was a mistake. Luckily, a separate entry has the correct colours I was able to migrate over.

Also tidies up a few other inconsistencies with other mesopotamian factions (Mesopotamian Rebels, Nidr, Hanigalbat Separatists who now have the pre-release Hanigalbat ashbasket emblem and colours as they were missing one entirely).

Lightweight, should be compatible with just about anything.
