TIV 1

TIV is a term for ''Tornado Intercept Vehicle'' Although TIV 1 was not supposed to go Inside The tornado, just get wind-field data.
The TIV that i have created Cannot withstand winds above 165 MPH like the TIV in Real Life. (It will disable the magnets)
This adds the challenge of getting close but not too close. The steering is quite bad but im working on it.
