Complete guide on all 72 Far Cry 5 achievements

Introduction

Hello, and welcome to the complete guide on all 72 Far Cry 5 achievements that are currently present on Uplay and since 17.12.24 on Steam. The base game contains 51 achievements (1 achievement is on New Game+) and there are 3 DLCs containing 21 achievements in total.

From personal experience it takes around 70-80 hours to unlock all of them (time will depend on rather you play in co-op with a friend or solo)

Now, before we start I have to clarify some things:
- You have to complete the base game campaign at least twice to get all the achievements (Hours of Darkness DLC has to be completed at least 3 times, about that later)
- Achievements arent that hard but due small amount of players in arcade mode I`d recommend to get a friend to play co-op, its always better doing stupid ♥♥♥♥ together :)
- Note, that some achievements related to base game require to play SOLO CAMPAIGN ONLY and some can be completed in co-op - CAMPAIGN ONLY. All the achievements related to DLCs can be unlocked in co-op, but some require you to be the HOST in order to unlock them (I`ll note that again in the guide)

And now we start!

MAIN & SIDE MISSIONS

The Spark
Complete the game intro by liberating Dutch’s island (Solo Campaign only).
You get the achievement right after activating the radio tower on the Dutch`s island, just follow the storyline

You Are Wrath
Be deemed the Sin of Wrath (Solo Campaign only).
You get the achievement during the story mission "The Confession", just follow the storyline

Special Delivery
Ensure a baby's safe passage into this world (Solo Campaign only).
After liberating Holland Valley, you will get a side mission "Special Delivery" from Nick`s Rye wife. You get the achievement upon completing the mission

Only You
Sucessfully complete the First Trial (Solo Campaign only).
Liberate Jacob`s region to Resistance level 2 and sooner or later you`ll get captured against your will, that`s where main story mission "The World is Weak", after completing it the achievement is yours

Walk The Path
Discover the Bliss (Solo Campaign only).
Identical to the previous, but do the same in Faith`s region. You get the achievement after completing main story mission "The Bliss"

Together Forever
Get to the End (Solo Campaign only).
In the final story mission "Where it all Began" choose to Resist and upon completing, you will get the achievement

Saving Deputy Hudson
Save Deputy Hudson (Solo Campaign only).
You get the achievement after completing story mission "The Quality of Mercy" and saving Deputy Hudson

Blissful
Save the Marshal from the Bliss (Solo Campaign only).
You get the achievement after completing story mission "Ignorance of Bliss" during which you should not let Marshall walk through the gate

Saving Sheriff Whitehorse
Save Sheriff Whitehorse (Solo Campaign only).
You get the achievement after completing story mission "Walk the Path" and saving Sheriff Whitehorse

Saving Deputy Pratt
Save Deputy Pratt (Solo Campaign only).
You get the achievement after completing story mission "Casualties of War" and saving Deputy Pratt

Science Fact
Put aside skepticism and help Larry (Solo Campaign only).
About half way through liberating John`s region you`ll get a chance to complete Larry`s side missions. In order to get the achievement you have to do all of them: "Free Larry"; "The Hero's Journey"; "Close Encounters"; "Out of this World". After completing the last mission you`ll get the achievement itself, Larry`s boots and a new gun to collection - Magnopulser

Liberator
Liberate 5 locations from the Project at Eden's Gate (Campaign only).
Simply liberate any 5 outposts solo or with a friend (but according to some reports you are better to be the host for this one to work properly). Locations of the outposts you can get from rescued civillians or you may stumble upon these outposts accidentally

Scavenger
Follow the clues to the end of 3 treasure hunts (Solo Campaign only).
Here`s a good guide from IGN on all 27 prepper stashes in game, choose 3 you like the most to loot. If you want to get the achievement in more or less fair way, then why are you reading this you can rescue and talk to civillians on the roads, they will tell you a lot useful info including the locations of these stashes

What Now?
Complete 3 Side Missions in Hope County (Solo Campaign only).
Side missions mentioned in this guide should be enough to unlock this one


The Greatest SOB That Ever Lived
Laugh in danger's face by executing a Clutch Nixon stunt in each region (Solo Campaign only).
Self-explanatory, its enough to do 1 stunt for each region, but at this point I have to remind you that this is SOLO CAMPAIGN ONLY achievement, because I accidently messed up this achievement in co-op and had to unlock it on New Game+

A Wing And A Prayer
Fly Nick's plane. Hopefully you're not afraid of heights (Solo Campaign only).
You get the achievement upon completing story mission "Wingman"


Troublemaker
Discover the joys of destroying cult property in every region (Solo Campaign only).
To get the achievement destroy one of each: Silo in John`s region, Wolf Beacon in Jacob`s region, Shrine in Faith region and also dont forget to destroy at least 1 Shrine on Dutch`s island which is also considered a region

Sewer Rat
Destroy a cult water treatment pump and make them thirst for revenge (Solo Campaign only).
You get the achievement upon completing story mission "Clean Water Act", but there`s a twist, if you don`t receive this mission before the Faith bossfight, you`ll have to go to the water treatment plant directly, because Virgil dies during "The Lesson" mission

Peachy Keen
Bait Peaches into going back home (Solo Campaign only).
You get the achievement upon completing story mission "Here Kitty, Kitty"


Kicking the Hornet's Nest
Trigger the wrath of a Herald (Solo Campaign only).
Get Resistance Level 4 in any region (lowest amount of points to get to Level 4 is in Jacob`s region, but overall it doesn`t matter)

COMBAT

The Hurk Locker
Truly bond with Hurk by destroying 15 vehicles together (Campaign only).
You can easily cheese this achievement by spawning your personal vehicle from the store, then asking Hurk to destroy it and repeating this 15 times...
"Did I ever tell you what the definition of insanity is? Insanity is doing the exact... same ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing... over and over again expecting... ♥♥♥♥ to change... That. Is. Crazy."

Ghost Kill
Perform a Headshot kill with any bow or rifle on an enemy cultist more than 150m away (Campaign only).
My favourite way is on the mission "The Lesson" (its right before Faith bossbattle), in the beginning, when you get closer to the prison you`ll spot a couple of cultist snipers: at least 1 on top of the prison itself and 1 on the wall, just back up approx to the beginning of the entry road, then stand somewhere behind the big boulder on the right of the entry road and take down these snipers - that should be even more than 150m kill, but honestly you can do that anywhere and anyhow you like, as far as I know your target doesnt even have to be a cultist :)

Ace Killer
Destroy 10 planes while driving any aerial vehicle (Campaign only).
If you play alone, buy yourself any aerial vehicle or take Nick`s plane then fast travel to Nick Rye`s and destroy his plane parked on the ground, after that fast travel again and repeat 10 times. If you play in co-op just ask your friend to spawn his own plane or heli and destroy it, just like in Hurk`s achievement, but this cant be done solo because usually your first vehicle despawns after you spawn another from the store

Squash and Run
Run over and kill 20 enemies (Campaign only).
Honestly, you should get this one naturally, I just dont believe that any of you follow traffic rules in-game :)

Fertilizing the Land
Using a tractor, obliterate 5 enemies (Campaign only).
If you didnt do this one naturally for the previous achievement and you liberated everything - complete Guy Marvel`s side missions, you`ll find a tractor and some angels to obliterate in his final mission

Death From Above
Drop a bomb from a plane and destroy or disable 4 vehicles at once (Campaign only).
Get a plane with bombs (Nick`s plane or Pack hunter are free options for you), land that plane before any garage, then spawn for any vehicles (ATVs, for example) and put them as close to the plane as possible, then sit in the plane and explode those 4 vehicles and yourself without even flying. Now, IF vehicles start to despawn when you try to get the other, then do this: Go to Nick Rye`s and move Nick`s plane to center of the runway, then call for companion an order them to drive right to the Nick`s plane you`ve just parked (the trick is all human companions will get to you via some vehicle and for some reason companion vehicles dont despawn) after getting 3 more vehicles, get one more plane from the Nick`s hangar for yourself, takeoff and bomb everything you`ve just done placing on the ground

Opportunity Knocks
Using rocks or cans, distract 15 enemies (Campaign only).
Self-explanatory, but note that it should be 15 different enemies and also it might not register the enemies that detect you after you`ve distracted them

Road Gunner
While driving or leaning out of a vehicle, kill 25 enemies (Campaign only).
Best way to get this one is to use a vehicle with a mounted gun


Where's the Beef?
Tenderize a bull with your bare hands. To death (Campaign only).
Permanent spawn point of bulls is on the east of Fall`s End, and while you can spend 5 minutes punching the ♥♥♥♥ out of a bull, I suggest you to craft "The Furious" homeopathic and straight up onepunch poor animal. This method WONT work if you buy Brass Knuckles, as they cannot be removed. If you already bought them - try to kick the bull under "The Furious" homeopathic

Ignoble Beasts
Kill a bison using only melee weapons (Campaign only).
You can find bisons all along the roads in Faith`s region and the method is all the same as in previous achievement, just dont use bare hands, but any melee weapon of your choice

Close and Personal
Perform 25 close combat Takedown Kills (Campaign only).
Self-explanatory, but if you already went "loud" to liberate all available outposts, remember that you have "Outpost Master" in the pause menu which can revert all outposts back to hostile state

Explosive Surprise
Sabotage 5 vehicles in a way that kills an enemy (Campaign only).
Firstly unlock Sabotage perk (7 perk points) then set difficulty to easy to get less damage so you can stop cultist cars on the roads and sabotage them (dont walk to far away from the car or the cultiss will follow you, same as dont stand too close as they will try to cover behind nearest trees and stuff). Each car usually has at least 1-2 cultists so you`ll get the achievement in no time

HUNTING & FISHING

Been There, Done That
Complete all Hunting & Fishing Challenges (Campaign only).
For Hunting Challenges I recommend firstly unlocking following perks: Harvest Master (8 perk points) to double the number of skins and bait you can harvest from each animal; Journey Pack (7 perk points) to increase the amount of skins you can carry; Throwables Bag (9 perk points) to increase the amount of bait you can carry. Secondly unlock Boomer as a companion, because he can mark the animals which will save a lot of time and buy SA-50 rifle for easy onetaps. Animals spawn in a 200m radius in the hunting zone, so both highly recommended, also don`t forget about Ultimate Hunter homeopathic which will mark everything in the area.
For Fishing Challenges its better to acquire at least 3rd fishing rod which can be obtained after completing Skylar missions, but with enough skill 2nd rod should be enough, but dont forget to switch between bobbers according to the fish you are catching.
Unlike most of other achievements you can monitor your progress on these challenges in the corresponding menu. Also here`s a good guide on hunting-fishing challenges that include maps with the best hunting-fishing spots[www.thegamer.com]

Hope County Master Angler
Acquire all 4 Fishing Rods (Campaign only).

How to unlock all 4 Fishing Rods:

• Basic Fishing Rod - can be bought for $300 from the shop or can be obtained for free near any fishing spot
  
• Natural Fishing Rod - can be bought for $800 from the shop
  
• Wonderboy Fishing Rod - can be unlocked by completing all Skylar`s side missions (she can be found at Dylan's Master Bait Shop in Whitetail Mountain region). Now, first 2 are usual and easy side missions that dont require any guide from me, but the last one may and probably will cause pain in your ass... catching The Admiral. The thing is that Far Cry 5 is designed to be played with the controller in the first place, so catching The Admiral with the controller wont be a big deal as long as you can hold necessary stick, but mouse if not in use considered stationary, by that I mean that you cant hold your rod in any direction it will just backup in seconds if you wont move it further to the side, this is the reason why its so hard to get Admiral for PC players. Solution is pretty easy actually: you have to constantly move your mouse to the desired side at consistent speed this will act the same way as holding controller stick to the side (you might not get it from the first try, but I can assure you that as soon as you understand my solution you`ll get The Admiral in 3-4 tries)
  
• Old Betsy Fishing Rod - can be unlocked by catching fish at Hard spots that beat the County Record, after getting the Wonderboy Fishing Rod this one will be easy
  
  Holland Valley Region (Fall's End, inside Spread Eagle Bar in the back left):
  1. Pallid Sturgeon - 55 lbs
     
  2. Paddlefish Sturgeon - 112 lbs
  Herbane River Region (Hope County Jail, door to the left of the shop entrance):
  1. Smallmouth Bass - 6 lbs
     
  2. Largemouth Bass - 8 lbs
     
  3. Rock Bass - 3 lbs
  Whitetail Mountain Region (In Wolfs Den behind the shop counter):
  1. Chinook Salmon - 27 lbs
     
  2. Kokanee Salmon - 6 lbs
     
  3. Arctic Grayline Salmon - 3 lbs
  All Regions (On the left side on every of the 3 boards):
  1. Bull Trout - 21 lbs
     
  2. Golden Trout - 4 lbs
     
  3. Lake Trout - 37 lbs
     
  4. Rainbow Trout - 28 lbs

Fish Market
Sell 20 fish for cash (Campaign only).
Sell everything you`ve caught along completing previous achievements, it should be just enough

CO-OP & ARCADE

Hitting it Off
Play 3 quests with a friend (Campaign only).
Any missions counts, including liberating outposts and even searching for stashes


ARCADE Player
Reach level 20 in the Arcade (Arcade only).
You`ll get this one in completing other Arcade achievements


ARCADE Hero
Play the 'Arcade Hero' mode 5 times (Arcade only).
Replaying the same mission and/or constantly failing it by dying or going out of bounce will also count as "playing"


ARCADE Hunter
Kill 100 enemies in Arcade Multiplayer maps (Arcade only).
Im very sorry for anyone who play solo, because getting this achievement on your own in multiplayer will be insanely long and boring, for others who can play co-op with a friend here`s a fast method: create closed lobby then in map selection search for "Shovel Dodgers" and do your job constantly replaying this map


ARCADE Enthusiast
Successfully complete 10 featured Arcade maps in Solo or Co-op (Arcade only).
Open arcade > Play Solo & Co-Op > Switch category to featured > Search. According to multiple reports it seems like replaying the same map will not get you the achievement now. My advice for you is to look up for Assaults and Bounty Hunts as they are usually the easiest ones among all and also NEVER play Journey for the achievement, because you`ll get stuck in them for solid half an hour each if not more


ARCADE Competitor
Win 10 featured maps in Multiplayer (Arcade only).
You will get this one in completing "ARCADE Hunter" achievement

MISCELLANEOUS

Ain't No Wallflower
Who are these people? Speak to 50 citizens of Hope County (Solo Campaign only).
This should unlock through natural gameplay, but you can speed up the process by talking to everyone you meet and I mean EVERYONE: Save civillians on the roads and talk to them (you`ll also get some useful info like the location of stashes from that), talk to people on liberated outposts, including store owners etc.

Pack Rat
Grab 1 of each collectible item. You never know when it will come in handy (Solo Campaign only).

There are six different types of collectibles in Far Cry 5:

• x9 Baseball Cards
  
• x12 Comic Books
  
• x10 Cheeseburger Bobbleheads
  
• x12 Vietnam Lighters
  
• x10 Vinyl Crates
  
• x15 Whiskey Casks

Its enough to collect one of each type and its absolutely not necessary to take related quests, but if you do take a quest - youll be able to buy a map with the location of the corresponding collectible

Locked and Loaded
Fully customize your weapon (Campaign only).
Self-explanatory, but I have to mention that the fastest and cheapest thing to customize is the bow

Extra Crafty
Craft 25 recipes (Campaign only).
Self-explanatory, but for me the best things to craft were molotovs because you get a lot of liquor in yellow boxes all around the map

Fashion First
Purchase $1000 in clothing (Campaign only).
Fun fact: being naked also costs money in this game somehow...


Big Spender
Spend $50000 in Vehicle Shops (Campaign only).
You should get enough money naturally from liberating outposts, completing challenges and finding stashes. Also heres a little trick for you: its possible to save all the money spent on cars if you close the game in the shop menu after spending all 50k at once

Stocked Garage
Buy 3 vehicles to populate your garage (Campaign only).
Self-explanatory. Boats, planes and helis also counts


Like A Bird
Use a wingsuit to travel more than 5000m (Campaign only).
You dont need to fly 5km at once its a progression achievement. Firstly unlock Wingsuit perk (4 perk points) just to be able to complete this achievement, then for the most effective way in my opinion, spend 10 more perk points on Airdrop perk and now fly Like A Bird :)

Survivalist
Purchase half of all perks available (Campaign only).
Self-explanatory, you`ll get a lot of perk points in stashes I mentioned in the "Scavenger" achievement

DLC Vietnam

Welcome to Nam
Get back your gear at the helicopter crash site.
This is story related achievement and cannot be missed. Obtained once you picked up your gear near the helicopter

Leave no one behind
Free the 3 US prisoner of war.
The prisoners are always in the same spot and camp. Before you reach the main objective and trigger the last mission make sure to liberate all of them otherwise you have to start a new game. Technically the achievement is missable, because if you wont be fast enough to liberate prisoners they`ll be executed and wont respawn. Here`s a good interactive map with all the key spots on the map including US POWs

Silent Death
Perform 25 stealth kills while you have the 4 survival instinct tokens.
This achievement has to be completed in 1 playthrough. The tokens themself work like a kill streak: You have to kill 4 enemies in a row without being detected to get all tokens to begin with (so basically minimum amount of kills is 29+). Any stealth kill will work so I recommend finding silenced weapons that are scattered along the route. Your streak is lost when you die, when you are detected or when you reload your save

Make them count
Kill a total of 25 enemies with airstrikes.
Same as previous achievement it has to be done in 1 playthrough, just call an airstrike on a couple of camps on your way and then constantly use airstrikes in the very last mission when defending an LZ

Wendell's Story
Complete the game.
You get this achievement after your first run which will also unlock 2 other modes for achievements

80s Hero
Complete the game in Action Movie Mode.
Basically its an easy difficulty mode, if you missed some achievements on the previous run - this is your best chance to complete everything

Roguelike
Complete the game in Survivor Mode.
Just run to the main objective not bothering about any side missions on the way and in the end hold your ground with unlimited airstrikes and weapons you find on LZ itself (if you struggle with helis in the end - you can use rpg that can be found in the same building as the documents that trigger the last mission, but naturally ak and mounted guns should be enough)

DLC Mars

Welcome to Mars
Reboot the Terminal on top of the Control Center Antenna.
This is story related achievement and cannot be missed. Obtained upon completing "Control Center Antenna" main mission

Bug Squasher
Perform 10 takedowns on Arachnids using the Power Glove.
You can get Power Glove at the Solar System Observatory (its one of the antennas you must power up). To get a takedown you must target crabs with the red weak area on their back, best way to do it is to jump over them using jetpack. Note, that it wont work on armored crabs and Queens

Mars Second Amendment
Buy 12 weapons.
You unlock weapons for purchase once powering up the antennas scattered along the map. You should get enough money naturally throughout playing the DLC, but if you still dont have enough money to buy something in endgame, remember that you can sell extra power cores for 1000$ each

Slimy Death
Hit 10 Arachnids with Crabmones.
Crabmones are a throwable object in your inventory that you can pick up from nests (green eggs), when you hit any arachnid with it every other arachnid in the area will forget about you and become hostile towards it for a period of time (very useful against Queens)

The Queen is Dead!
Kill all the Queens (Host Only).
Use crabmones on Queens to make arachnids around assist you, destroy nests to make the Queen resurface, when she hides under ground and also here`s a good interactive map with all the key spots on the map including Queen`s locations (under Energy Cores)

Martian Journal
Collect all of Larry's notes (Host Only).
There are 28 Larry's Notes total. There are no markers to find them (only orange icon appears when you get close to one), no progress bar to monitor how many left, so your best option is to find everything in a single run. Note that you have to find all notes before the final mission otherwise you`ll have to start a new game, also here`s a good interactive map with all the key spots on the map including Larry`s notes

Nick's Story
Complete the game (Host Only).
Self-explanatory

DLC Zombies

FertiliZer
Kill 10 Gougers or Hot Heads with the tractor in Fields of Terror.
Pretty self-explanatory. You`ll definitely get this one later one in completing other achievement from this DLC

Early ExZit Denied
Try to escape the bridge early in Burned Bridges.
In the very beginning look for a yellow school bus on the right side of the bridge, get on top of it and jump out of bounce (works only in story mode)

Blood Zragon
Kill the Blood Dragon in Killer Climate.
You`ll face it along the storyline, just make sure you got the final blow, which is considered a kill, because zombies usually start fighting against the Dragon and zombie might become the one who made the last hit (same goes for co-op)

Killer BeeZ
Destroy all the Zom-bee nests in Laboratory of the Dead.
After you get in the jet ski, go past the bear, the moose and even Mutation Station along the path, just ignore everything and keep going and you will see these nests hanging from the long pipe on the left. Now, the nests are guarded by bear which is not a big threat by itself and can be easily cheese-killed standing on top of the pipe where he cant hit you, but try not to use any explosives, because destroying any nest with anything other than a bullet may cause the achievement not to unlock for you

ReZolution
Complete all 7 movie pitches.
Just complete this DLC solo or co-op



DeceaZed to ExZist
Kill 5000 total Gougers, Hot Heads, or Behemoths in any mode.
Absolutely DIABOLICAL achievement! Best way to obtain it is in AFK, which will take around 5 hours (believe me, it really is the best method), just follow the steps in this video:

Gold MedaliZt
Get a gold medal in all 7 movie pitches in Score Attack.
Nothing to worry about in co-op, but it might cause some troubles for solo players. Its impossible to make straight up step-by-step guide, but I can give you series of tips that might help you.

Fields of Terror: Let zombies spawn, kill them with headshots and only after that destroy Mutation Stations, leave the level when you have around 30 seconds left

Burned Bridges: Almost in the begining you`ll find an area with 4 Mutation Stations - destroy all, maybe kill some with headshots, than in the end, where you find mounted machine gun, stay there and kill everything with it, leave the level when you have around a minute left

Undying Love: In the area with 2 Mutation Stations, let zombies spawn and only after killing as much as you wont with headshots you can move on, but remember that you have human enemies on the level too, so move on whhen timer hits around 2 minutes left, just to give yourself some time to deal with them

Escape from the Rooftop: No particular strategy, just kill everything in sight with headshots, but before the end of the level you better find yourself some remote explosives, because in the elevetaor far left from the spawn point there will be 2 Behemoth inside and the best way to deal with them is when the elevator opens you throw explosives in there (probably the hardest level, so dont worry if you didnt get it first time)

Killer Climate: Headshots + destroying all Mutation Stations on the way as usual, but in the end when fighting Blood Dragon, instead of killing it with the RPG, you better take LMG from the set in the center of this arena and aim mostly for the head as it will get you some additional points for the headshots

The Fast & The Fiendish: Try to earn somewhere near 5000 ponts before even getting into the car, once in it destroy every Mutation Station on the way (no need step out of the ar, just shoot the red barrels lying near every Mutation Station), in the very end be ready for the Behemoth to spawn and try to shoot him only into the weak spot by baiting him for ground attack, best time to leave the level is around 2-3 minutes left on the timer

Laboratory of the Dead: Headshots + destroying any and every vials you find + shooting the Behemoths into the weak spot, just do your best

NEW GAME+

Infamous
Complete New Game+ with Infamous difficulty.
I cheesed this achievement by making my friend to do all the work and then just simply completing the final mission in co-op with him, but here`s a little tip for those who struggles alone: weapons from Mars DLC are OVERPOWERED and completely UNBALANCED for campaign, just take Annihilazer, for example, and vaporize every and all enemies on your way (but keep in mind that this might not be the best decision if you missed some combat related achievements in the first run)

Conclusion

"Was it worth it?"

A few more notes for Zombies IF playing in co-op.

For 3 starring all levers, your co-op partner needs to just open their DLC page first before joining you (that is open the page to see all the levels on the screen). If they don't, their progress will not count and you will have to redo it again in their game.

For just completing all the levels, the achievement did not pop for my co-op partner. It did unlock after completing a random level in his game - this is just normal completion, not score attack.

AFK farming 5k kills is very inconsistent as eventually some zombie will go around the barn and start hitting your tractor until it moves out the way. I left it on idle 3 days overnight and was still nowhere near close. Best to do it when you can constantly check on it. Or to speed it up, you can do the 2nd level: Bridge and get to the mounted gun at the very end of the level and farm there.

NOTES FOR ALL

Vietnam:
DON'T skip the end credits! Hold ' S ' to quickly scroll through. If you skip the credits, your game (at least in my instance) will error, and you will not unlock the 2 other difficulties. I had to play the bloody thing 7x to get all the achievements.

ARCADE:
'Arcade Hero' WILL crash multiple times. The 'unlimited underwater breathing' crashes your game. Once you find one that doesn't, just keep dying to get the fail screen, and then replay it until you get the achievement.

'Arcade Enthusiast' is irritating and some maps will work, some maps won't. I don't know why some work and some don't, but the map 'Old Western', an assault mode, will give you the achievement after 10x completions

'Arcade Competitor' messed up for me too! What we figured out was 'Shovel Dodgers Fast' didnt enjoy us, but 'Shovel Dodgers' did. the latter has a 35 kill requirement, so we had to wait out the 5 minute timer, but it worked for us.

Just want to point out that Vietnam achievement for completing Action Movie Mode did not pop for my co-op friend that joined my game. Even though it doesn't say in the description, it looks like it is Host Only (as seen on TrueAchievements [www.trueachievements.com]).

I struggled with 'ARCADE Enthusiast' popping even though I had completed well over 10 featured maps. Recently just unlocked it by playing a map called 'Old Western' this map works even if you replay! it will still count towards this achievement :)

If its public lobby they might not have all featured maps in map pull, so its only a matter of grinding, but if you play with a friend, after the game ends you'll get back to map selection from where you have to manually pick map again (your friend should be invited to your game at this point)
