Introduction

Hi! My fifth guide for this wonderful series is now available. To get all the achievements for this title, you will have to complete the Reports with all 3 characters, which is... a lot.

Despite them sharing most objectives, I created individual tabs for each of them for most categories, since I assume that you will want to keep track of your progress with each character separately. Consequently, there are many tabs in this file, so I encourage you to use the Index to move around the file (it doesn't work in the HTML version, but once you make your own copy on Google Sheets, the links should work properly).

What is this?
This is a spreadsheet I made in Google Sheets where you can mark checkboxes to keep track of the collectibles you already unlocked and the ones you are missing. It includes checklists for Reports entries, treasure chests, collectibles, and more, so that you can check the progress of your playthrough.

How to edit the checklist
If you access the spreadsheets through the links above, you will notice that you cannot edit the files and, therefore, cannot keep track of your progress. Just follow these simple steps:

• Open the link to the spreadsheet, and you will arrive at the Welcome page.
  
• In the Welcome page, click on the text box which says "Make a copy".
  
• A new tab will open. If you are not logged in with a Google account, you will need to log in or create a new one.
  
• If you are already logged in with a Google account, you will see a message asking you if you would like to create a copy of "Guide & Checklist — [GAME]".
  
• Click on Make a copy. A copy of this spreadsheet will be automatically created in your Drive directory, and your copy of the document will open right away. And that's it! You already have your own checklist file, which you can edit to your heart's content.

Below you will find a description of some features that you can take advantage of while tracking your progress.

Useful features

• Checkboxes: Obviously, the main point of using this checklist is to mark which elements you've already collected/found to keep track of your progress for a certain achievement. In order to mark a checkbox, you simply need to click on it. This will automatically cross-out that element for visual aid, allowing you to tell at a glance which collectibles you are missing.
  
• Separate checklists for each major achievement: Each major achievement has its own sheet in this document, so you can track treasure chests and puppies/puzzles/lucky emblems separately.
  
• Tracking: You can track your progress towards the completion of a certain achievement by looking at the top right corner. You will see "#/# completed". This will be automatically calculated when you mark the checkboxes within that page.
  
• Progress bar: In the second row of each sheet, you will notice there is a "blank" cell. This cell will show a progress bar that will advance the more checkboxes you mark as done.
  
• Filters: This is probably one of the most useful features to track the collectibles you are missing. You will notice that, next to the column categories, there is an icon with the lines forming a triangle. If you click on this icon, you will be able to sort the content of that page or to filter what content you see. For example, if you click on the filter icon right next to the "✓", you can filter the checkboxes based on if they are checked or not. If you only want to see the elements that you have crossed-out yet, change the filter on the checkbox column to only show the ones with the value "FALSE". This is not limited to checkboxes.

Man these guides are awesome, it's great work. I have already platinumed these games before, but the way the achievements are integrated into steam it's a bit messy, so the guides are very useful.

Also, on a separate note, where did you get the icons for each guide??? they are so COOL D;

Hey, been enjoying using your guides ever since the games first came to Steam, and greatly appreciate them! Keep up the good work!

But as I'm playing BBS right now, I noticed that Terra & Ventus can't meld Meteor Shower, and can only get it through the Royal Board. Only Aqua can meld it. The guide currently has the meld guide example for all three characters, which makes it a bit confusing.

Somethings though, because I've made personal changes to the checklists for my own needs. I used =AND() so that if for example all Finish Commands are unlocked for Terra, Sheets will automatically check mark the corresponding achievement

Might be worth looking into for 0.2, thanks again for the spreadsheets though!

Sorry for the delay, I really wanted to publish it last weekend, but real life things happened and I couldn't work on it as much as I wanted to. I hope that it will still serve you for the rest of your playthrough (I still need to work on describing the treasure chest locations, but I have added a link to another guide with maps in the meantime). Xeno, i have never left a review on steam, let alone a comment on anything ever on this platform. But i MUST leave one here to tell you how amazing and comprehensive these checklists are. You have made my life so fun and easy thses last 2 months of my journey to complete this series and i simply cannot thank you enough. Please continue this kind of thing for other games after KH is done with any games that interest you. This is simply a new standard in video game guides. Assuming you have tome of course, don't kill yourself making silly guides for internet strangers lol.
