For the Secondary one will be any shield you wanted but if you wanted instant kill then I recommend Chargin' Targe or Splendid Screen, but if you wanted to move freely without instant kill well then... Tide Turner.
The melee one will be the same but for my recommend is use weapons that have random crits cause why not

Cosmetics

You need to use Stylish DeGroot and Deus Specs for cosmetics itself and for the color, Be in BLU team so sorry RED team

The Choice

Now this is your two choice for this thing.
You either choose Ali Baba's Wee Booties/Bootlegger or Buck Turner All-Stars?
If you choose first choice you will be a faster as heck but you aint wearing that shoes
If you choose second choice you will get almost accurate A-Train cosmetic set but you slow as heck
