Doesn't come with C_Hands, and isn't in the C menu, however I will update this addon soon to add these. I'm aware of some clipping issues with the female model that will also be corrected,

A. No, maybe, depends on how nice you ask and if it's cool ig :)

A. No you cannot put them in your re-uploaded content packs. feel free to add it into you collection, like most normal people :)
