EK2 Vampirism Revamp

Description
Features:
- Thirst and Notoriety trait xp mechanic
- Vampiric feeding through character interaction
a. first interaction can only be used on courtiers and guests
b. second interaction can only be used on prisoners in dungeon
- Can ask vampires you have good relationship with to turn you into a vampire
-Vampires that let their thirst reach 100 or are stuck in prison for 3 years become bloodfiends
- Thirst decrease based on physical traits
- Host Blood Feasts (reflavoured feast activity that reduces thirst and grants notoriety; only vampires will attend)
- Two MAA types unique to vampire characters
- Vampire lifestyle tree in Dark Arts lifestyle

According to the discord server, the mod dev went AWOL. I hope this gets updated, but probably not going to be updated for a while if at all.

also @Nox Blackmarrow I well, I can I'd need to download it again to give you just this modifications, cuz as a loyal man I saw I could change serana to and marry her one more time... and for some reasion I was getting a problem with Dragonblood flavor mod, so I tried to group them together, and kinda messed up some things I believe (an event that was supposed to happen did not)

But yeah sure my man, I think still this week I can give it to you, I kinda have a lot of things (University)

@Stuepp can you post a link that has the scion knights and pureblood trait working? Also curious as to what harrowstorm does. I like this mod but none of the previously mentioned things seem to work?

@Stuepp, I don't have a github repo and this mod is in the process of being integrated into the main EK2 mod. My future plans for this mod is to update here when EK2 gets updated to the latest CK3 version should the integration project not be completedd by then and should it be completed, I'll use this submod as a repository for cut content that the EK2 team asked me to cut out like scion knights.
