Spend Coins to Decay Infamy

Description
It is a simply mod that player can spend coins to decay infamy through the event that lauched by the decision made by this mod.

introuduction
  1. Pay 3.6% of GDP, eliminate 10~30 infamy
  2. Pay 10.8% of GDP, eliminate 30~50 infamy
  3. Pay 18% of GDP, eliminate 50~70 infamy

In addition, each option will provide some modifications, and improve relations with some countries.

请问能设置个花费上限吗？比如3个等级各自最多花费不超过10M、30M、50M，后期降15点恶名要花几百M真的难绷。宣传花不了那么多money，有个上限会更合理些吧。我计算了一下，如果第一级上限为10M，意味着GDP达到278M的国家（不可忽视的强国）将达到花费边际，从而开销从此开始少于3.6%。当然，如果您采纳了我的意见，请按自己想法决定具体数值:steamthumbsup:

现实中不是就已经洗得干干净净了吗（）不过具体表现美国为首的秩序接纳了以色列，而v3没有国际秩序这一说。这个mod的数值我觉得还有待商榷，恶名系统的初衷就是约束战狂玩家，而在后期花这点钱还是太少了，负债利率太低
