"SIG P220 9mm handgun, more specifically the early "European Model" which features the heel magazine release.

The Swiss Army first adopted this handgun in 1975 as the Pistole 75 (P75 or M75), and served as a standard issue sidearm until it was replaced by the Glock 17.

The Japanese Self Defense Force adopted the P220 around the 1980s, during the same time the US Military was looking for a 9mm handgun replacement for the M1911A1. Japan's P220 was designated as the "9mm Pistol" or "P9", and is manufactured by Minebea under license. Vertically identical to the Swiss counterpart.

Commercial models of the SIG P220 were made in West Germany after SIG acquired J. P. Sauer und Sohn, and renamed as "SIG Sauer". Early models all feature the heel mag release, but "American models" were featured with the thumb mag release and mostly made in .45 ACP instead of 9mm.

There's a procedural diamond pattern alpha available on Artstation's store, designed specifically for firearm grips. You can make all sorts of grip patterns or even serrations with it.
