Commissioned by Satoru Gojo

Caelus from Honkai Star Rail. I've never played HSR, but hopefully those who do enjoy this mod.

Caelus comes with face flexes and corrected hitboxes for local servers, as well as everything else you'd expect from a survivor mod. And yes, it does include a replacement for Bill's corpse in The Passing.
