Player only faster cultural innovation

Description
There are a few Cultural Innovation mods out there that speed up how fast your Character or culture learns new innovations, but most of those mods affect the entire game which includes AI.

This mod is "Player" specific, by creating new "Education Traits", I was able to have it to where the "Player" (YOU) are the only one affected by increased cultural fascination speeds.

The new "Education Traits" can be found at the bottom of the education pick list, they have the "SAME" effects as the vanilla education traits (for some balance reasons), just with added lines to increase Innovation speed.

AI "SHOULD NOT!" pick the education traits, if you start noticing any of them with the trait let me know I will look back into it!

I have done "SOME" testing but not enough thoroughly, if you run into any errors or complications let me know I'll look into resolving any issues.

Should be compatible with most mods, since it has its own lists for each trait.

The mod is pretty good, but I'm with cniht make it diferent and give the decision would be fire, thanls for the mod :)

I agree, there are alot of things I want to go back and change about the mod, the few I made were some of my first, I was waiting till the rest of the updates for the Year came out before revisiting all these mods.

I like the idea of putting this in a trait. But I would suggest when you update to make it a singular listed stand alone trait that is completely banned from the AI, and not connected to anything else. Then establish a decision that can add or remove the trait for the player only.

Any character without a fixed education trait may get a mod trait, whether adventurers or lords.

I had originally was able to stop them from getting the traits, maybe it changed with the new update, I haven't played enough of the new content to tell is it just adventurers getting the traits or is it now every AI?

AI can randomly get these new education traits when starting a new game.

zumbosa: issue has been resolved, traits should no longer disappear, and AI should no longer be able to acquire traits.

Reverted to previous build, temporary fix to the issue, tested 8 of the traits at random, through character creator, starting age 16. All traits stayed.

original issue was the off chance the AI could at times acquire the traits after hitting age 16, will look into new alternative to this issue, or continue monitoring to see if it continues to happen.

see the issue, its taking the trait out if you start at the age of 16, going to look into it now and will hopefully have it resolved within the hour, in the mean time, if your using character creator, if you start at the age of 17-higher, you should still be able to retain the trait
