Comprehensive Stellaris "Total Conversion" favoring streamlined gameplay and endless scaling.

-Primary Features:

~~Rebuilt Tradition system with 22 handcrafted trees, 100 linked "Ascension Perks", 80 linked "Edicts" and 30 linked "Civics", all with custom scripting.

~~Splitting of "Pops" into "Discrete" and "Numerical" units, maintaining granularity while reducing "Pop" counts in lategame galaxies to 1/10, greatly boosting perfomance.
Note: This will be integrated with the upcoming Paradox Update to population simulation.

~~Flattened Technology Tree with Randomized, Rarity Graded, Day 0 researchable Repeatable Card Clusters and a Specialization promoting Rigidity System.

~~Complete Leader Rework which includes, "No Leader Level Limits" "Personality Based Leveling Modifier Growth" "Government Development Based on Leader Class" "Rarity Based Skill Level Up Choices"

~~Modifier Display Overhaul, visually improved and easier to parse.

##~~TECHNICAL INFORMATION~~##

~~Being a "Total Conversion", OMEGA lacks compatibility with almost all other mods, support for select high value mods may be added in the future.

~~Every mechanic has extensive ingame Tooltips, refer to them if something is unclear, otherwise write a Comment.

~~With many tedious Micro-Mechanics excised and performance improved, you may want to the game to run faster than "Fastest", Stellaris is speed capped by your FPS, I recommend between 90-120 FPS for a modern CPU if you want your game to run faster than a speeding Hedgehog but slower than an overheating Fusion Core.

~~Disable the autosave feature if major lagspikes occur at the beginning of the year.



-Usage Notes:
~~Resource Stockpiles provide a logistics rating based on volume, growth optimized economies should maintain sizeable amounts of non-spent resources.
~~Influence Income is dependent on the Total Amount of Stockpiled "Unity", spend less "Unity" if you dont have enough influence.
~~Spawning with the income of a resource being negative can happen due to starting systems being somewhat randomized, to increase production focus for the missing resource, use the button at the very bottom of the slider on the left of your screen and use the linked menu.

~~ALPHA 0.9 will have extremely competitive AI.
~~BETA 1.0 will Integrate all DLC.
~~BETA 1.1 will have a custom built semi-random competitive multiplayer map with Team based Gameplay. (Think like a MOBA with 3 Teams where each "Base" is upgradable and continuously spawns fleets to conquer new territory and attack enemy Bases)
~~BETA 1.2 is yet undecided.

I've already completed prototype compatibility with the Beta branch of 4.0, it will not impact the current state of the mod in any way.
I will however add some new features made possible by the 4.0 framework, which delays a full integration update for some time, if you want to play the mod during that time just use the steam beta branch to roll back to 3.9.

How much will the 4.0 update affect mod work?Is it possible to reduce the workload of mod editing? Or does it add to the burden?If I can finish the official version earlier, I can also free up time to carry out the Chinese localization work of this mod.

Just park the Fleet in Orbit.
Theres a fleet interface button for invasion settings with details.

I've just checked the code and vanilla disallows proposing the "Galactic Market" resolution for Gestalt empires, so this would prevent you from seeing it in the Galactic Community.
I've removed this restriction for the next patch since it doesnt make much sense either way as Gestalts can use the Market in Vanilla as well.

I have planned to include the galactic market with the caravaneers, once that update is done you will receive access to the GM as soon as one of their trade fleets visits you.

Galactic market has to be founded by the galactic community.

Effective Empire size is always below 1, it primarily punishes large empires and there is no means to reduce it beside trade value.

Is the galactic market system deactivated? It never activates in my game, is it necessary to do something specific?

I don't understand how the effectiveness of the empire size works. It is always less than 1, as far as I can see, and the maximum empire size is only increased by the trade value of the empire?
