retextures and replaces all of the specials to look tf2 alike
list of changes:
charger: retextured
spitter: retextured
jockey: blu scout
smoker: sniper
hunter: scout
witch: retextured
bride witch: purple skeleton
tanks: blu heavy
boomer: red heavy
boomette: retextured
credits go to groxxy and others who made the models and textures
thats all

Please give some more substantial credit to the original authors of the TF2-style reskins. I use the Charger skin. That one and the others were made by Groxxy

the hunter and witch have rng
rng it means that it changes when the map changes it will look diffrent
