Are there any keywords I can search for? I think using English is very difficult to find tutorials for this software if region blocked, why cant use my original models .

I always reset the settings every time the model loads error, can only use the coco model. Other official models of this software cannot be used. i dont know why

i'm using win11 but i consider it does't matter. maybe ur Steam is region blocked, as u said lots of things in workshop won't show up, and u can figure this out first, many tutorials there u can find.

are you using windows 11? I use Windows 10, I saw several videos that can load the model but all using Windows 11.

I tried load my model and then it didn't appear, lots of models in the workshop didn't appear but few models can be loaded.

I've tried manually, but it still doesn't work

it works fine to me, maybe u can right click on the model in app & check the model's local file, there should be a "艾莲乔.pmx" in the folder & try to load it manually.

I don't know, why always can't load the model? is there a solution to this problem? I looked for tutorials on YouTube, no one discussed the solution
