Change Culture & Religion Addon

This mod is an addon to the "Change Culture & Religion" mod, primarily focusing on enhancing the overall dynamic performance and compatibility with other mods.

• Improved Change Religion: When changing religion, 20% of the population in incorporated states will convert to the newly selected religion.
  
• Enhanced Homeland Decree (compatible with any modded culture): The decree now dynamically checks all cultures in the selected state and removes them as the state homeland. Afterwards, it sets the country's primary cultures as the new homelands. Technical Note:
  
  • If the cultures within a state are not equal to the state’s homeland, they won’t all be removed. Therefore, avoid expelling or super-assimilating before the homeland decree is completed.
    
  • Due to some triggers/effects for primary culture not functioning properly [forum.paradoxplaza.com], you need to ensure your empire contains at least one pop of the new culture for the homeland to be updated. The code runs through all the pop cultures in your empire and checks if they are part of your primary culture individually. Without a pop of the new primary culture, the homeland won't update.
• Assimilate Pop Function (compatible with any modded culture): Allows you to designate a pop culture from within your empire as your primary culture. The culture must be present in your country to be selected.
  Technical Note:
  
  • There are only 40 slots available, so if you have too many cultures and can't find the one you prefer, try expelling or assimilating them.

I have tested this with some of the large overhauls in the workshop, and it works with the new cultures. However, if you encounter any issues, please let me know.

Feel free to suggest any ideas you would like to see added (except for increasing the slots in the assimilate pop function).
