Rain of Death: Enemy units within three tiles of the city lose 25 health points for each tile they move closer to the city. +1 wildcard policy slot, and each building level in a district provides +1 corresponding yield to improvements.
Details:
Districts include Campus, Commercial Hub, Holy Site, Encampment, Harbor, Theater Square, Industrial Zone, Airport
Ulv: Can only be obtained by building a White Holy Site. +25% combat experience.
Its base combat strength is equal to the combat strength of the strongest unit the city has ever produced.
Combat restores 10 health points, and for each tile closer to a friendly city, it gains +2 combat strength.
Details:
This unit restores 10 health points each time it attacks or is attacked;
This unit gains +8 combat strength in the city center of its own city, and +2 combat strength at the third tile from the city.
When the AI uses this leader, players can declare friendship immediately upon encountering the AI.
