Yes, as the thumbnail shows, it requires the Music Box mod made by SleepyTheSlimeKing. It's a mod that adds a music box for your tables that originate from Legends of Sinnoh. Upon installing this mod, it will also install the Music Box mod if you don't have it already. The OST Music Chips assume you already know how to use it.
