Shotgunner-styled HLA Wallhammer

Description
Originally intended as a mod for HLA (but i never figured out how to get it working on Source 2)
Makes the appearance of the Heavy Combine soldier look closer to their HL2 Counterpart.
Features:
New logo
Adjusted selfillum values
All the other features in the original addon. (NPC, Playermodel, bodygroups, jigglebones)

This does NOT override the original addon, but rather adds a new pair of models that can be used simultaneously with the original.

Also. If you do. It would be very nice if your able to port the Synapse Combine models into alyx as replacements. You know, the transition grunts, ordinals, and wallhammers.

You know. I would LOOOVE for it to actually be a wallhammer reskin for alyx.
