The position of a sunken treasure is now globalized and much easier to see on the map.

This prevents situations in which players read and forget about a marked treasure, and allows players to hunt for treasures spawned from other players easier.

Also makes it much easier to see treasures on the map, no more squinting your eyes and zooming in far to find them.
