Remove the maximum number of children born

In the official settings, there can be a maximum of 16 children, except for forced pregnancies caused by certain events, otherwise the maximum is 16. This upper limit has now been removed.

Only valid for players.

Official settings:

{1 1 1 2 3 5} This is the basic value of the number of children based on the character's level (whichever is higher), such as the landless, Baron, Count, etc., up to the Emperor.

If either parent is the ruler, they will have an additional two children. If both parents are not rulers, the final number of children will be multiplied by 0.85.
That is to say, parents are not vassals of others.

Each spouse is provided with a maximum of 2 children. （8）
