New Flamethrower sounds

First ever custom sound for a custom weapon huh?
made specially for Rectus' makeshift flamethrower in the Custom weapons base.


Simply changes "gascan_ignite1" and "interior_fireclose3_mono" with new sounds


The sounds may be quite low quality because the original sounds is capped at 22khz rather than 44khz, i can only make it that way.
No idea where the original sounds is from i just found them from youtube.
