Description
The Government Plus Version of Blue's Imperial Heroes Expanded
Allows the player to only allow groups to be player only and you get them instantly without some RNG oh and you get 3 groups at the time
and yes you can have all SSD groups

imma give a heads up i suggest subbing to the main Mod because imma be updating and this will be stripped to just the government scripts and used as a submod

Bro, this mod is amazing, i've always hated how i like to take my time building up but risk losing certain heros being taken so quickly because the AI is always attacking and taking the same neighboring planets(looking at you Zisnj & GM), now that i have the minor warlords only able to join me the player, i can take as long as i want to build up my Eriadu Authority. :steamthumbsup:
