I did it with the ultimate fnaf pack, I used ufmp puppet and ultimate fnaf pack lefty.

Well, the version of Lefty in the Ultimate Fnaf Ragdoll Pack is a harder and I think impossible version to do something like this. The reason is that the endo teeth cannot be removed unless the suit ones are removed.
