Hazardous Environments pickup sound

Description
Replaces the pickup sound with Hazardous Environments (source games intro music)
Note: the sound cuts off at 1 second, i'm not much of an expert at this stuff, so i'm not sure why.

To make it work, there is need to
1. Unpack mod into "sounds"
2. Type in console "snd_rebuildaudiocache"
