Description
So a lot of us have noticed that the AI doesn't help in its own war. As explained by PDXOxycoon, that is because while the AI considers the player's military strength when deciding to go to war, it doesn't really believe the player will actually help. So this leaves players in the position that they are routinely called into a war where the AI would certainly lose without player intervention, but without cooperation from everyone will lose anyway.

This mod should prevent the AI from considering the player's army strength when deciding to declare war. That means it should be able to win the war strictly by itself or with its AI allies.

This mod only changes the file common->script_values->00.war_values.txt, so it will not be compatible with other mods that changes that file.

I hate that this mod still works. Not coz of the mod itself, but coz paradox introduced military POWER as a metric back in 1.13 (it sums up total stats of levies MAAs and knights instead of relying on pure numbers like military STRENGTH does) yet it seems like it only impacts AI decisionsmaking on the battlefield and not anywhere else at all...

After updating the mod, I'm no longer getting called into offensive wars by adventurers. Let me know if anyone has issues.

@Saint-Roch Sort of. The new unlanded rulers break it somehow. I'm going to have to check the files to figure out why they can call you into wars they can't win on their own.

@DarthWgamer2020 you need Skalla's War and Conquest if you want that in AI. AI will create more alliances to compensate for the stronger combat value
AI will know how to use money to hire mercenaries to overpower the enemy army. If you look in the Discussions section I left details how to run Skalla with More Interactive Vassals https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3238434655

I can definitely see the difference with this mod active. I also use More Interactive Vassals, and Skalla's War and Conquest for its AI, turning off MIV AI in gamerules. In around 15 years my ally actually didn't call me to war once. That ally just about took over Ireland in a 769 start in More Bookmarks+ without any ally help. I usually get called into any, and every last war that an ally gets in. Even a peasant uprising that my ally could easily overpower. I didn't see that MIV wasn't working correctly. But I patched this mod 00_war_values file into MIV interactive_values just in case and am going to try another play through. I would say even without the patch it seemed a great success. My liege was calling me for wars as a vassal, and all other MIV functions worked. Best combo to date!!!!

@DarthWgamer2020: Unfortunately, we modders can't do anything about that. All this does is change the AI's decision making.
