ow!

this addon adds a blood overlay when your health is 60 or lower, and gets more intense as you lose more health (there are images for 40, 20 and 10 health)

you could pair this up with this other addon i made which adds heartbeat sounds on low health if you want to:

Might want to add resource.AddWorkshop and resource.AddFile so that server who download this and dont know how to properly set up their workshop dont have their players get a solid missing texture on their screen when they're at less than 100 HP
