Tutorial

Step 1

You are going to have to download these old windowsXP voices by --

Step 2

Next, You are going to have to install the voices on to your PC. It will save to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SpeechEngines


( Just select which WindowsXP TTS voices you want to have, and finish the installation )

Step 3

Open up Soundpad (close if it was already open), and now press Ctrl+T to get Text-to-Speech



Select ''Microsoft Sam'' for narrator voice and then you would be able to use his voice again
