5-men groups against solos is unfair

The current problem

CS2 is an enjoyable game; however, since the release of CS, VALVE has yet to address its major issue: allowing groups to play against solo players. Teamplay is a crucial aspect of the game, and pitting squads against individual players is inherently unfair. This problem has been a source of frustration within the CS2 community.

Playing as a 5-stack against solo players offers several advantages:

Team Coordination: High-rated 5-man stacks often have a cohesive plan and execute it effectively, increasing their chances of winning rounds.

Callouts: Communicating information via Discord or voice chat is smoother within a group of players who are familiar with each other and understand each other's communication style.

Teamwork: Premade teams are more adept at coordinating actions, such as trading kills, utilizing grenades, and controlling angles, compared to solo players.

Some examples

Example 1.
5 solos against group of 5 people with Discord. This is so bad. They have nearly twice as rating of the opposite team. This is not a fair matchmaking system

Full squad against 2 duos + solo against a premade stuck

3 solos + 1 duo against a premade stack

This section will grow as i play more matches. I haven't saved all of them, but the amount of matches i played against premades is huge. (nearly third of all matches i played since 2023 were against 5-men groups)

Chlidish responses from squad-players

"Why can't you find a stack of people and play with them" - because i don't have too. I want a fair match without having to do anything.

For example Dota 2 excluded the idea of 5-men squad playing against solos nearly a decade ago. Why can't i have the same game experience as them?

"Blame the game, not the player" - That's exactly what i do.

"What's unfair about 5-men stack" - Communication levels are higher than in solos teams. Groups communicate better, play as a team better than any randoms ever will. It includes info, basic callouts, nade throws, teamwork and etc

Conclusion

Hopefully, VALVE will eventually address this issue, and perhaps with the assistance of this guide, they will be able to resolve it.
