Description
Pica Run is challenge #41

Play a normal run but with the rules from the pica challenge. Every pedestal get's replaced by an random trinket. And every hit adds the trinket to your items. This allows building up a large collection of trinkets, quite easily making up for the lack of regular items.

can you make it a select able mode. Then again idk how to do that or what is included in the original mod so no presser I just think it would be cool.
