Description
Original mod by Past the Future

Extended Version by CommanderZhora

Updated For Version 3.12.x

All I've done is update the mod to allow the trading of Astral Relics and one regular Relic added since the mod was last updated.

This mod is meant to be used on its own, and not with the old/deprecated versions.

i did see those and have now added some questions there where i see my issues with them. Still thank you for taking the time and looking into it. Usually, 4 eyes see more than 2 it is said :)
Also i am not complettly opposed to any of these mods, its just not quite what i imagined what the mechanic ideally should look like ... ofcause without knowing the constraints of the modding capabilities provided by paradox in aspect of relics or rather diplomacy and wargoals.

I'm not opposed to expanding the mod! However since I can't guarantee continued support, I would rather look at alternatives first before expanding this mods functionality.
After some searching, I found two mods:

1. ' Relic Wars Continued' ' mod that seems to be the successor to one of the two examples you mentioned. It was last updated march 17th of this year.

2. ' Guaranteed Relic Theft ' mod that was updated Jan 6th, and might work? It changes the chance to steal a relic from an enemy after capturing their home world from 10% to 100%.

The second should help prevent relics from being destroyed by the AI as the game progresses via AI empires finding them, then being wiped out shortly after.

I haven't tested either mod, but I'll probably use them in my next modded game because they look cool.

Does vanilla meanwhile support relics as wargoals to be faught over? I have seen a couple of abandoned mods RElic Raiders/Relic Wars/... that seem to have added that functionality, but are now not being updated. I think that could be a fitting addition to your mod, should i not have missed out on some vanilla changes to that extant.

It replaces the other one. Its basically just the extended mod with the extra relics added since it was last updated.

Best mod I have ever experienced in my entire life. Everyone should have this mod
