Install Upscaled backgrounds

This guide shows you how to install the Remastered HD mod.

It provides upscaled versions of all the pre-rendered background images in the game.

Install the mod

Note that at time of writing this mod currently only works with the Steam version of Grim Fandango Remastered and on Windows

• Visit https://hexagon.codes/grimhd
  
• Download GrimMod and GrimHD: The 2GB HD Asset Pack
  
• Unzip GrimMod and copy glu32.dll into the root Grim Fandango Remastered directory, alongside GrimFandango.exe
  
• Unzip the asset pack, and copy the Mods folder into the root Grim Fandango Remastered directory
  
• Enjoy Grim Fandango in glorious HD!
