Makes the flashlight brighter and bigger than before. Works with flashlight retextures. Only works when hosting a Local or Singleplayer game...

I didn't think the flashlight in the game was very comfortable to use, so I recreated a flashlight with realistic lighting and a comfortable viewing experience....

Increase the brightness of the flashlight....
