Phoenix Skin - Non-Avatar Version

Description
Adds a skin for Phoenix's non-avatar self.

Also added the ability to select a skin without needing DLC (thanks Kamiyo!).

Note: Skin features light spoilers

The recent update to the mod should fix the issue of needing DLC as a requirement. If you still have any problems with the DLC issue, feel free to post here.

Just sub to Miss Chain skin mod : https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3255250023 . It removes the dlc requirement for all modded skin

I have the DLC and I turned the mod on, other skins work but not this one, unfortunately.

Trying to equip the skin redirects me to buy the dlc. Hopefully this can be fixed, I'd love to use the mod.
