Alrighty, next time I get that item I'll just have to try and not put it on top of another item and see if that works.

Ah, right. I ran into that issue with my dungeon dice mod too. For some reason, items on top of other items don't conduct properly. Unfortunately, there isn't really a fix right now.

Not sure if this is some weird mod compatibility issue but the Perseverance soul from the relic doesn't give mana to my mana network... I even put it right next to some mana and everything but no dice.

Punch card is a joke item. However, it can be used. In vanilla, a Crisis Ring can be used to activate it, or if you have farlands, the pointer wand will work.
