Donation Machines Replaced [RGON]

Description
After donating 999 cents donation machines will be replaced by a locked chest.

Requires REPENTOGON[repentogon.com]to check if the player has unlocked Stop Watch on the save file.

Because you can use a key for a bunch of coins in a pinch.
