Description

P社的惊世智慧：自己点的还要通知一下，处决一次卡几分钟
主动释放、主动切换软禁和地牢也同样移除了通知（实际上是增加了一个默认隐藏的过滤器）
Stop SUPER WISDOM of paradox that spamming message telling your 'acquaintance' executed by yourself.
Also removed messages from releasing prisoners and switching between home arrest and dungeon.
(By adding a new filter)
