Description
Splinks' flag template with Imperial Japanese flag edit. 万歳!!!

This is an alternate version that uses an absurdly saturated red color, for the people that thought it wasn't bright enough.
This also moves the sun to be slightly offset.

Let me know if there are any other variations you'd like to see.

This replaces the Golf Club melee weapon.
