+Allow Bobby's shop and mercs delivery to all port sectors, shipping has extra costs according to the distance from west.
(You need to capture the outpost on G10 and defeat D11 bridge patrol to be able deliver shipments further on the river.)

+All port sectors allow train militia to keep your sipping safe.
(When enemy squad enters a sector without militia it turns red and shipping that's currently on the way gets cancelled. Always train militia in the port sectors.)
