Toolgun Screen Modifier

You can add image that what do you want and replace it with tool gun screen.

First, open Garry's Mod and create a server.
Then, go to Garry's Mod folders and following the way:
..\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\data\toolgun_screens < Here
Put a image what do you want but it must have extension like ".jpg, .jpeg, png" and I recommended resolutin like 256x256, 128x128 or 512x512 image.
Because if you put a rectangle picture, you don't have error but image will auto size to square. This will cause some quality problems.

And back to game, open Spawn Menu and go to Options (from the tabs in the top right). Select Toolgun Screen > UI.
After, select the image and see preview of image when you clicked it.
You can see files with refresh the file list when you put or remove a image during playing game.
Also, you can change background color but you should do when you put a a transparent image.
Finally, press "Apply" button. But you need to restart the server. That's it!
And if you want to replace to default screen, go to again Options > Toolgun Screen > UI and just press directly "Apply" button.
