Allows the default Chainsaw to get covered in blood.

Works with retextures that do not change the vmt.

Requires the framework to function

just copy the bloodyhands proxy this this vmt into the reshaded vmt

Well I'm in a tough spot...
On one hand I want the chainsaw to be able to get bloody, but on the other I use reshaded melee weapons.
Before anyone says use both I did that and it made the chainsaw ridiculously shiny and reflective.

It acts the same as any other melee, it will be bloody when you drop it
