SSG 08 (Scout) Scope Sticker Craft Guide

Chances are you’re here bc you know that scoped guns such as the AWP, SSG 08, SCAR-20 look amazing with a sticker placed on the focal point of the gun, that being the scope.

Hopefully the guide below will answer all questions on how to apply stickers on the SSG 08 / Scout !

The Guide!

As you probably know placing a sticker on the scope of the SSG 08 or commonly referred to as the “Scout” was not possible in CSGO. However, in the new CS 2 sticker update that has changed as you can now place stickers on the Scouts scope!

Unfortunately it’s not that straight forward right now and not all Scouts are compatible with this new update. In the new CS 2 update they brought over new models for most guns, however, valve being valve are too lazy to update every skin to the new models so more than half the Scout skins are using the old CSGO model.

The problem arises with the fact that only Scouts using the new model are compatible with stickers placed on the scope. In this guide I will list all the current SSG 08 skins using the new model currently so you guys and gals can craft to your hearts content!

As you can see this is only a small portion of the current Scout skins and almost all of them are Consumer Grade strangely enough.

Also, something to note is that the Dezastre from the Kilowatt Case is the first and only Scout currently that has been added since CS 2’s release date and it is using the new Scout model (as it should) so all future Scout skins you should be able to craft stickers on the scope for.
