The New Management says Hello!
Hello, everyone! I’m Ranger, and I will be taking over the management and development of this Fallout submod. Petrocchi, the original creator, has entrusted me with this task, and I intend to prove that their trust was well placed. That said, some of my ideas differ slightly from the original vision, and I would like to share them with you all.

My plan for this mod is to transform it into a Fallout version of ATE. By this, I mean that I aim to gradually change certain aspects of ATE to, over time, turn it into a fully-fledged Fallout setting. Below, I’ll outline some of the ideas I plan to implement in this mod. I always welcome constructive criticism and would love to hear your ideas. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope you enjoy the mod!

Plans:

Create my own Fallout setting that takes place after Fallout’s current canon timeline.
Create several Legionary Warlords fighting to claim the mantle of Caesar and reform the Legion.
Break up the New California Republic and create an Americanist-style faith with adherents claiming the NCR Presidency.
Reflect NCR factions as different sects within the NCR faith (e.g., Kimbleist, Moldavist/Flame Mother, etc.).
Recreate the Khans using CK3's Khan mechanics or leverage other modders' work to make them Nomadic.
Rework the Brotherhood to include more chapters and divisions within their faith, with some recognizing the High Elder and others not (think Lyons or Chicago).
Turn the ATE Americanists into the Enclave, with different subfaiths representing different factions (Isolationists (Eden), Reformers (Autumn), etc.). Also, add more chapters.
Change certain Enclave and NCR leaders from Feudal to Administrative (after I've had time to playtest them).
Change the Holy Columbian Commonwealth to the Confederacy. (I understand this may be controversial, but part of what makes Fallout great is its ability to handle tough topics rather than ignoring them. My approach would be to depict the Confederate Aristocracy as a different culture/religion from the people and counts, introduce several destabilizing factors, and let the whole thing collapse. This way, rather than whitewashing or ignoring the South’s material conditions, it can serve as an example of why its current trajectory is unsustainable).
Make Honduras the continuation of the pre-war government and change them to an administrative system.
Add various Communist factions in places like California, West Virginia, Portland, etc.
Add a Communist faith and subfaiths, including ideas like (work in progress) Trotskyist-Trumpist, Maoism, Lenonist (the Beetle, not the politician), Portland Socialism, etc.
Add various Chinese enclaves.
Add various vaults, each with its own religion reflecting vault experiments.
Have some vault and Enclave religions recognize the president.
Create a Mojave territory being fought over by House, remnants of the Legion and NCR, local gangs, and other groups.
Transplant remnants of the British Monarchy to Canada.
Add various Children of Atom enclaves.
Implement the Republic of Dave as an administrative government.
The Struggle for Alaska.



This submod is not compatible with other mods that edit AtE files.

Also the way this mod is currently set up I can't actually update. Long story short I'm not the original author and was added to take over later on. Either I need to fix that or re-release another version of the mod myself. Either way this is taking time, though I may have already started fixing things up.

Okay finally taking a look at this mod again after a long hiatus working on AGOT submods. I think I've become a good enough modder to do this some justice now. What do people think between setting this mod WAY after the events of Fallout New Vegas/4 vs setting the mod fairly soon after?
