My Brawlhalla setup

Briefly, I will share the configuration I use to play, I have had a lot of difficulty with controls in all my years of gaming. I hope I can help.

How did I start?

When I started playing, I used a really rubbish controller, it was horrible and it was also pirated, one of those fifteen reais ones. It was completely misconfigured and I couldn't do any combos until I gave up my old controller and started playing on the keyboard, using the default Keyboard A setup.

Prioritize Neutral Over Side and Aim Up

After a long time playing I met a person who here on Steam is known as Ykro. Playing with him I ended up meeting another person, who here on Steam is known as Beestarg. One day I was on Discord talking to Beestarg, and he asked me if the Prioritize Neutral Over Side option was activated in my settings, I replied no and wanting to know what that option was. He told me to ask Ykro because Ykro would be able to explain better and that's what I did.
Basically, Prioritize Neutral to Side gives priority to neutral attacks, i.e. weak attacks while standing still. Therefore, sickle combos become extremely simple to do and at the time I activated this I was training the Russian Mafia with the hammer and I had an easier time doing the Russian Mafia with this option activated.
About Aim Up I learned about three months ago. Basically, you need to put a specific button for Aim Up and what does that do? Basically, when you are running, you normally have to stop to do a neutral signal or a neutral signal, which would be the weak attack or the strong attack while standing still. But with Aim Up, if you press the Aim Up button and attack even if you are in action, you will do the weak attack while standing still.
The person who taught me about Aim Up was the Steam user known as Kwan.

Combo with weapon throwing and submission

There's a very famous combo that can be done with any weapon, which is basically you: throw a weapon, catch the guy in a down light, jump, grab the weapon and use a down air.
To do this combo you need to deactivate the option: Pick Up with Quick Attack.

Right handed people should go for a WASD setup, since the speed, precision and timing of dodging, dashing, throwing and attacking are way more important than that of directional inputs. Also, you should NOT use "up" for jump. Just map it to spacebar.
