FIX FOR CRASH ON STARTUP "BUGSPLAT"

I couldn't get this game to work for the life of me due to the bugsplat error but got a fix this morning after digging around. Add this file from github to your space marine folder and you'll be g2g.

Its the first file available.

lock to 8 cores is the solution in the end or these random patches whichever u prefer. google how to do that if u don't know.

This worked for me and it seems malicious but i did a scan of the file using bitdefender and it showed to be safe. Worked to fix issues thanks!
