This is a Moderni-fication of "Hyper Mode" From Classic, Originally made for a Execade Modded Tournament. Changes made usually involves 4x stats on several items. The following:

Ship drag reduced. Ships are bouncy, very bouncy.
Crew: Higher Construction speed, higher flight speed, has absurd speed when holding hyperium (Crack cocainer).

PVP mode has new selectable settings catered to faster pace gameplay (Shorter spawn range and Smaller time limits). Ring of death deals more damage.

Approximately 4x Crew speed on blocks, Increased Crew Updates per second (Larger ships may lag) to compensate and fix stuttering.

Thrusters, Weapons, and Reactors have their consumption/generation about 4x higher, may have changes.

Thrusters: At least 5x stronger, 4x consumption. Smaller Thrusters may be up to twice as stronger. Ramp up times cut by one quarter.

All Weapons: 2x range, exept for TB, which had no changes. Mining lasers have 4x range.

Lasers and Disruptors: Fires in a burst of 4 shots in the usual timeframe. faster rotation speed than normal 4x

Cannons: Flat 4x speed.

Railguns: 4x ammo usage, fires 4 shots in very quick sucession, same 4 second reload time.

Point Defense: 4x damage (higher rate was laggy)

Flak: Instant rotation, Faster reaction time, only 2x Reload speed boost to balance.

Chaingun: a full bullet per shot. 4x damage very unlikely to reach a max ramp-up chaingun. (higher rate was laggy)

Missiles: Made very agile, has 4x Rate of fire, Nukes are 360 and has a small HE missile type aiming and friendly avoidance period.

Mines: 4x speed as usual

Mining laser: fires a array of mining... lasers, in an arc, total damage and power use should still be 4x. to compensate, has range doubled again.

Ion Beam: flat 4x damage increase and power consumption. +2 batteries in storage, prism rotates much faster

Asteroids: very very very light.


Inspired by Fargo's Hyper mode mod for tmodloader.
