Introduction
Ever thought to yourself, man, I wish I could play with people from other regions like Asia or the Americas more often and without a VPN or only play with people on select servers like select parts of Europe? Well, fear not. CS2ServerPicker[github.com] is the utility for you.
How to use
  1. Go to the releases and install CS2ServerPicker.zip.
  2. Make a folder and extract CS2ServerPicker.zip in it.
  3. Launch CS2ServerPicker.exe (requires administrative permissions).
  4. Select a desired region, and press Block Selected or press Block All then select the regions you want to unblock using Ctrl/Shift + Click then press Unblock Selected
Conclusion
And there you go. You can now play with people from other regions or with people from a selected list of servers only.
Credits to FN-FAL113[github.com] for reworking the utility for CS2 (there was a similar utility for CS:GO called MM Server Picker[gamebanana.com] made by user maddada[gamebanana.com] that no longer works).
more info, including an FAQ at the main github repository[github.com]
This utility is safe to use; here is a statement from the creator in the FAQ that confirms it.
"The app does not modify any game or system files, I can assure you are safe from being banned when using the app as long as you do not download from untrusted sources. It will add necessary firewall policies to block game server relay ip addresses from being accessed by your network thus skipping them in-game when finding a match."
BONUS
An ancient funny video made by Big Man Tyrone himself about the aforementioned MM Server Picker:

↓ I don't think It can block community servers because: community servers work In a way that's not really the same as the matchmaking system
↓↓ You only have to restart cs i think

Sup I tried blocking most servers except the lowest latency ones, but in the custom browser it kept showing servers from different regions than the ones I picked.
Does this not affect community servers in CS2?

Once you block servers, do you have to restart CS?
Do you have to keep this app open?
Do you have to repeat it every time you restart pc?

Hello, author of the app here.
I appreciate your effort on creating this guide!
Also glad it works on numerous people out there.

Tried it with friends, most servers were blocked, yet they got rerouted to different servers they had blocked.
They blocked every server except for Amsterdam, and they'll still got rerouted to German/Swedish servers.

I don't know what you're talking about. It works just fine for me

This doesn't work as Valve seems to re-route you to a server even if you have it blocked.
I blocked Frankfurt and Stockholm, I got both in Matchmaking, also it seems there are no servers in the Netherlands and very few in France...

Oh yeah, I have heard of packet loss before. Well, this server picker solves this problem of being forced into certain servers.
