I have been tweaking counter strike and multiple games to have best performance and high fps since 2015

✅ CS2 MASSIVE FPS BOOST OR LAG FIX ✅

Step 1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\game\bin\win64 Right click Counter strike 2 and right click the game and select Properties then go to Compability then Disable fullscreen optimizations and go to Change high DPI settings and check the Override high DPI scaling behavior Scaling performed by application

Step 2. Install NVIDIA Profile Inspector
Download link for Profile Inspector https://github.com/Orbmu2k/nvidiaProfileInspector/releases
Download link for fps profile https://github.com/twisted1337/NVIDIA-Profile-Inspector-Fps
Now open NVIDIA Profile Inspector And drag Alchemy.nip into Profile inspector
And click apply in top right cornor after

Step 3. Go to windows search and type SystemPropertiesPerformance and click Adjust for best performance _____________________________________________________________________________
Step 4. MSI utility v3 Download https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/windows-line-based-vs-message-signaled-based-interrupts-msi-tool.378044/
Launch MSI utility v3 as admin and check mark your gpu as msi and select high in right side and press apply in top right cornor

Step 4. Search in windows Graphics settings
Check mark Reduce-accelerated GPU
Extra thing u can browse for counter-strike and set it to high performance
