Description
Changes the stats of the Military Sniper to the Raptor Sniper from Serious Sam 4, As always balanced for L4D2. Now the sniper in serious sam is kinda inaccurate while unscoped but i want my scripts to be fun so it will not retain that stat.

DOES NOT INCLUDE: Hud or Model

REMEMBER SCRIPTS ONLY WORK IN SINGLEPLAYER/LOCAL SERVERS

Stats
No Recoil
Reload speed changed to 2 seconds
Increased penetration from 2 to 3 and maximum penetration damage
Damage increased from 90 to 150
Range increased from 8000 to 10000
Firing speed very slightly lowered
clip size lowered to 10
